The C7C3C has a heavy-duty double ring tubular steel frame that is triple Chrome plated for a long lasting finish, and a durable black vinyl seat finishes off the look reminiscent of fountain stools of old. Under the seat is a 2.75" chrome ribbed ring that provides great looks and also conceals the swivel. This stool features a lifetime warranty swivel and a 3 year frame warranty.
