Swivel glides decrease floor scratching and increase the mobility of your school furniture. The easy to install design allows for a large quantity (such as a class room full of desks) to be completed quickly. Equipping your furniture with swivel glides will allow for an easy restructuring of your classroom when the new school year begins and aid well when having to move furniture for floor cleaning purposes. Chair glides are very popular in schools and institutions and move easily across smooth or carpeted floors. The glide freely swivels beyond 30 degree angle. Glide has a 1.25" diameter nylon base with a decorative ferrule that fits over the outside of the leg. These glides also have a clip that holds the glide on by going inside the leg. Commonly used on desks/chairs from Virco Griggs and American Seating. Note: Leg tubing size is based on outside tube diameter.
